"Use words such as cross group collaboration, leverage, passion and commitment. They love this type of thing."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"I made a mistake in leaving a technical management job to run call centers and I was not given a chance to go back to my areas of expertise. This is a common practice within Microsoft, but Microsoft LATAM did not do this for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Microsoft CORP management was awesome. Microsoft LATAM management needs to set correct expectations with employees."
