"Microsoft as a company has lost its way. If you're in a good group with a good manager who doesn't play games it's incredible. At the same time, the company has a propensity for penny wise, pound foolish decisions.There is a lack of transparency from on high and the senior leadership does not emulate the widely touted core values. More collaboration is coming but at the same time fiefdoms reign supreme."
