"I have had the good fortune of being a part of Xbox since its initial launch. I have been in several supporting roles of the Xbox brand during my 11 years at MS. I truly enjoy the work that I do in developing brand assets that support the ever-changing business needs of the business."

"Microsoft can be intimidating - but they are looking for great candidates. Be yourself and be confident."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"I would like to find a company/team to work with that prioritizes a collaborative work process and values creativity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wish them every success, but would say that making too many exceptions to positioning and principles that you drive the business toward can weaken those foundational elements. Keeping a strong north star is important in creative development, as it can be subjective. If you break too many of your own rules, then the perception you leave is that you don't have any."
