"I like my own schedule, not much management intervention, OK technology, and nice people."

"Know technology. It's not hard to get into the company. Interview with a number of people."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"There is no vision, and a constant push to send work to China but still be responsible for delivery milestones in the US."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire battle tested people who worked with technology at one point. Forget the MS attitude."
