"I have worked at Micron Technologies (previously IM Flash Technologies at this location) as an Intern for 9 months now and have enjoyed it. Their best quality is defiantly the people I work with and the culture. One of the biggest aspects of this culture at the Lehi site is safety. It is taught to the point that one must use handrails when going up and downstairs and didn't look at their phone while walking. The coolest part of this is the happy compliance that all have with these policies and the lack of fear to receive and give reminders about them from unknown coworkers. The technology there is fascinating as well and I love that I can be a part of it. The only reason I am leaving is that they are not hiring interns at this location right now."

"Micron has a lot of health care benefits. The compensation is higher than most internships. The quality of life was very low. They don't have a real intern program and I felt like I was just a number. I was limited in the work scope I was given. As a materials engineer, I felt that I had a lot of open opportunities to try different projects. I had to beg for half of my projects, and they weren't given to me until almost the end of my duration there."
