"I have been working at Micron Technology for the last 6 years. As a company, Micron has a mix of good and bad. It comes usually with a good work life balance on the other side growth and compensation options are quite limited. It can be fast paced depending on your area of work."

They don't have a real intern program and I felt like I was just a number. I was limited in the work scope I was given. As a materials engineer, I felt that I had a lot of open opportunities to try different projects. I had to beg for half of my projects, and they weren't given to me until almost the end of my duration there."
