"I've worked for Micron for 10 years. At times it has been a good experience. However there is certainly a "good ole boy" network there. It is nearly impossible to move up or have any effect on your earning potential unless you play politics. The company does a good job at trying to take care of their employees, but sometimes it feels like golden handcuffs. Paid just enough that you cannot afford to leave."
