"There are limitations as to how much I can do, as an infection preventionist, to help keep the patients safe and healthy."

"Let people demonstrate what they are capable of and reward them for their extra work and achivements. People need to grow professionally as well as personally and if given the opportunity to try they could be able to do the unexpected positively."

"Liked my immediate boss Carlos Lugo and my director Brian Mannion. Most of my co-workers were cool too and we were close."
