"I consider working at RenRe the best job I have had this far. Since we were purchased by QBE, that has 100% changed."
What don't you like about working at RenaissanceRe?
"To put it simply, it doesn't exist anymore since being bought out, and the new company just isnt the same."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have nothing to offer for them to improve upon what they were already doing."

"I liked the technical challenges and the people. Some are still friends and keep in touch on Facebook."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Plan on needing to find work anywhere else during the six months you need to be absent. You have no guarantee of rehire, but they do rehire and many stay LinkedIn. If you have the chance to work for a place that welcomes you permanently, take a long-term job over a cheatums job as I call contracting."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I disliked the way they treat contractors as disposable. Their policies and business practices have earned them the distinction of an entire Occupy Wells Fargo movement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to stop automatically letting contractors go at 18 months. Keeping 80% workforce guaranteed unemployed at the end of contract, but keeping their mortgages inflated and seizing homes is what is trashing the entire economy."

"The experience and ability to direct the movement of a large email migration."

"Just be yourself, and be honest. Your answers to the technical folks will be weighed against your honesty. There is a large talented tech team(s) that work within those walls!"

"Way too much weekend work, understaffed with the right talent."

"Have managers that are somewhat competent in what they are discussing."
