"Target was a very good place to work."
What do you like about working at Target?
"I was Merchandising Manager. Retail was fun. Working with and managing the stores team to satisfy customers, increase sales and keeping shrinkage to a minimum was a fantastic experiance. Finding ways to merchandise products to increase store revenue was both challenging and fulfilling."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"The pay was low and it took a very long time to get promoted from within the company."

"It is my understanding that Target does promote from within more now days other than that I love that stores."
