"I love putting together a display, promoting a product for the customer, and really seeing how my hard work compares to the sales my display provides. Working with customers is not only rewarding when I help that person find what they need and then some. It can be difficult trying to keep and maintain my displays when they change so frequently."

"If you are looking for a no-growth tech weary company this is the place. Tends to be very clique-oriented staff with frequent back biting."
What don't you like about working at Janome?
"Commuting to a company where my daily presence wasn't needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Support your staff by finding ways to streamline redundant work effort. Give employees better benefits instead of daily food expenses as they deserve it for being loyal & effective."

What do you like about working at Ritz Interactive?
"I've had the opportunity to learn a lot in this office over the 6 years I've worked here. For many years, we had a very cohesive team of skilled merchandisers and marketing experts who were very willing to help each other out."

"That's a great question. I'd just say, be yourself, be genuine. That way, you're most likely to end up in the best position for you."
What don't you like about working at Ritz Interactive?
"The economy and other external factors have made it very difficult for the company to survive. The instability has been difficult at times."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe the best managers are very knowledgeable regarding what they ask of their team. It's a good way to know who is right for what jobs, to have a good understanding of the ins and outs, the inner workings of the business."

"Great company. Great vision. Great leadership. They treat people very fairly and approach the business with great analysis and data. Concepts are well developed and tested to avoid major mistakes."

"Be genuine. And be humble. They have a mid-west culture that is very down to earth and no-nonsense."

"As they grow, their size becomes an issue and decisions are being made too slow to respond to the market changes."

"Break down the company into smaller units to encourage faster response to the market, especially in the e-commerce area."
