"I have worked for The Mentor Network for about 18 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any position. They do not care about their employees or the time and effort required to successfully complete the jobs. Supervisors play favorites and allow other employees to bully and degrade staff members without reprimand."

"No advancement oppertunities as they preech,Lousey Pay,Break state regs,management is on a power tripCare nothing about the clients or employees cut every corner for their bottom line!!Also as to medical benifits they are not cheap companys not giving you a break"

"Fire them all, get new management that works with their employees and TRUELY CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS WELFARE,Pay your workers that are in the field more,Communicate better"

"I worked at The MENTOR Network in Oregon at the Mid-Valley Brokerage, as a Personal Agent, from November 2017 - July 2019. The position itself is incredibly rewarding, and being able to feel like you are making a difference in individuals lives is incredible. Though the office politics along with government regulations in this industry were not as rewarding."

"There was nothing that I really disliked while working at the company. If I had to mention one thing, it would be when one of the field offices didn't respond to my many attempts for resolution on an issue or question."
