"The Mentor Network is an amazing place to work. The work environment is team-oriented and everyone is willing to help other caseworkers when they are available to do so. Upper management is extremely passionate and resourceful to entry-level positions. They promote self-care in a job that most tend to burn out quite easily."

The position itself is incredibly rewarding, and being able to feel like you are making a difference in individuals lives is incredible. "No, I do not because each position is unique. If I had any tips, I would say to just be honest & share your past experience as best as you can."
What don't you like about working at The Mentor Network?
"There was nothing that I really disliked while working at the company. If I had to mention one thing, it would be when one of the field offices didn't respond to my many attempts for resolution on an issue or question."

"The Management teams I have worked with have been great & I can't really think of a question that I would ask them."

"the only ggod if selfworth you are trying to help mentally or phically challened people improve the livesgood dental benifits"

"They will give anyone a job,No one wants to work with them as they treat employees very badly UNLESS your in Management !!MY ADVISE find another co to work for"

"No advancement oppertunities as they preech,Lousey Pay,Break state regs,management is on a power tripCare nothing about the clients or employees cut every corner for their bottom line!!Also as to medical benifits they are not cheap companys not giving you a break"

"Fire them all, get new management that works with their employees and TRUELY CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS WELFARE,Pay your workers that are in the field more,Communicate better"
