"I like working with people, and the team environment. I like different daily tasks keeping you on your feet."

"Keep a positive attitude and drive sales without thinking too much outside the box, even if told to by managers."
What don't you like about working at 24 Hour Fitness?
"I dislike a feeling of unworthiness or insignificance that encompasses this large corporation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make a move towards a more employee-friendly atmosphere, and have less scare tactics to reach sales goals."

"I enjoyed meeting new people."

"Don't... you're just a number with this company, which has a 200% or more turnover."
What don't you like about working at 24 Hour Fitness?
"The company is very deceitful and full of politics. The head of HR in the Dallas, TX area plays favorites, and the company does not reward you for the work that you do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was the #1- #3 MM/sales by the numbers. I did everything by the book and worked 60 hours a week. When I was assistant manager, I worked 80 hours a week - it's on file. I was the only rep at the Coit and Campbell Club at that time with a non-existing CM. They need to keep the reps. MM...CM that truly care. Get rid of the games and politics."

"The environment is active and health-related."

"Ask questions that are specific to the location and demographic. Are communication and meetings a regular start to the day"

"Life and work balance is not adequate. The money isn't good enough for the efforts required."

"Incorporate ways to make employees feel valued, instead of just being another link in the chain."

"Think seriously whether you want to give up you're whole life and do you want to be hated"
What don't you like about working at Girl Scouts?
"So many unpaid hours are expected of you, and you are on the roads at all hours by yourself, and it really takes over your life, so if you have family this job really does not suit you. There is too much smothering near the top and people just tread on each other rather than do their job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To listen to their volunteers"
