What do you like about working at Pensus Group?

"I loved Pensus, the culture was a very team oriented and production oriented environment - the owner of the company was one of my greatest mentors and taught me so much and put so much faith and confidence in my abilities. He entrusted me with some of his most important projects and moved me from function to function within the company as needed knowing that I would take on any project and succeed at it for the success of the organization."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Confidence and professionalism are key in this organization so be Confident!"

What don't you like about working at Pensus Group?

"I worked approx 80 hours a week and did not have a chance to enjoy quality time with my spouse as much as I would have deisred."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure employees are not overworked as quality of life is very important in conjunction with job performance"

"Please be cautious and think twice before joining this organization. Not all that it claims to be."

What don't you like about working at Toastmasters International?

"For an organization that promotes and encourages personal development, the organization treats the employees improperly and focuses on the negatives rather than the positives. Very little direcetion and virtual no business foundation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on the employees and the true business needs. Analyze the true needs of the business rather than guessing and managing by trial and error."

"The company has become too corporate. 24 Hour Fitness no longer is concerned with employee satisfaction."
