3.1 They need to stream line their quotes process and simplify the paper process to one form that can be used by all departments. The CRM we have available should be used by all areas of the sales process, instead of limited to the capture manager on project manager prior to installation. The company needs to go back to manufacturing all of their projects to make them for affordable and make the company more profitable.

3.8 I worked at Meggitt/FATS for almost 29 years. Whereas the company went from a family like business to a corporate type.I was blessed to have made many quality friends, several no longer with the company to the several still there who make up the core of the company.
