"I worked with this company for a little over a year. The Quality Dept. is always understaffed, the workload requires many work hours including weekends from home. The pressure is on all the time to make the impossible possible to the expense of the young engineers who need the job and are starting a career. If you are willing to take the heat you can work for this company. At the end of the day, you are bound to make mistakes and get burned off. If you divide your salary into the worked hours its a loss."
