Megapath Employee

"I worked with Megapath for 9 months and it was a very negative work environment, as previous speakeasy employees are extremely frustrated with the position and the lack of upward movement in the company."

"A good place to work, from a day to day perspective. C-level management lacks transparency, and the general direction of the company can be difficult to ascertain at times. Co workers and management below that level are friendly, helpful and a joy to work with."

"I've worked for the company since 2010. Although the department I've worked in is small, it's dynamic and personable. The recent changes in style has made the environment less personable and more stifling. Rather than working together to look for rational solutions or fixing existing problems, the attitude has leaned towards applying more rules and standardizations that have little to no bearing on the actual problems at hand.Although the CEO means well, but doesn't often succeed."
