Excellent company vision backed up by top of the line equipment and pro-active teams. Open door policy. Rated best company to work for in local business journal. Cons: weak back office, under staffed engineers, horrible client customer service. Churn and burn sales staff. Always hiring new staff. Poor compensation, benefits. Hours were super long and micro managed."
