"It's a tough company to get into, and after you've been there a while, you'll realize the long hours and stress aren't just temporary, and you may wish you'd accepted an offer from another company."

"Medtronic has become a company that seems to care only about profit. Medtronic has laid off employees every year for 6+ years. There's very little job security. Employees have to do more work with fewer resources and work long hours on tight deadlines. It's an extremely stressful work environment. Salaries used to be good, but now they seem to be below the market rate. Employee morale is extremely low."

"Medtronic has too many people who want to be in charge and take credit for the work completed by others. Stop rewarding workplace bullies."
