Submit a Review"I enjoy the fact that my job requires both technical expertise and mastery of the English language. I also feel good knowing that my work has a direct impact on the quality of life of others. The pharmaceutical industry often gets a bad rap, but I know firsthand that the people I have worked with in the industry take pride in their work and have a great sense of compassion. The downside of my work is that it can get tedious and repetitious at times - it is very dry work."

"Get HR to provide you with a clear job description and clear lines of reporting during the interview process."
What don't you like about working at Mount Sinai Medical Center?
"The supervisor was unreasonable, refused to provide adequate supporting information, and was verbally abusive."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to prevent this supervisor from taking advantage of future employees. This person should not be to sole person responsible for determining someone's future employment."

"You will have a hard time moving around the organization."

"Work is not creative. Everything is a rehash of older material created by others outside. Old-school organization."

"Get rid of the stove pipes that we work in. Encourage a collaborative, team environment."
