"A paycheck and the opportunity to say I survived. It's advertising, so there are some interesting people."

"Be prepared for long nights, low pay, and the inability to take a vacation. Ever."
What don't you like about working at Zimmerman Advertising?
"Everyone is so over worked.It's a pretty hostile environment and upper management has zero appreciation for their staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start treating your employees with respect. Pay people what they are worth."

"If you honestly want to learn and grow in order to advance your career, Starcom is not the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Leo Burnett Worldwide?
"I think there is huge difference between the LA office and the Chicago office. When you interview, they tell you you are exactly what they are looking for once you start, they don't want you to have a voice and will dumb you down, b/c for as long as you've been in the biz, and as much exp you may have, it's actually not what they want. Be seen and not heard seems to be the motto."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to manage. Also, if you can't sit a planners desk, work on a campaign start to finish, then you should not be in a Director or AMD position."
