"They are racist in their promotion practices. Not one of their senior managers is other than White except in HR."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start promoting non-whites to senior positions they deserve or face possible litigation. They also work people into the ground, 10 to 14 hours per day, 5 to 6 days per week, with no additional compensation for it, and they actually expect and even require this."
