"Beware! Get every promise in writing, and make sure you have your job description and expected duties in writing."

What don't you like about working at MedAssurant?

"They are racist in their promotion practices. Not one of their senior managers is other than White except in HR."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start promoting non-whites to senior positions they deserve or face possible litigation. They also work people into the ground, 10 to 14 hours per day, 5 to 6 days per week, with no additional compensation for it, and they actually expect and even require this."
