"The ability to design custom automate machinery"

"Make sure you get enough money up front. You will be working with people who crank out systems and drawing at unbelievable speed. You will be expected to do perfect work and lots of it. If you screw up, be prepared to be asked to leave at a moments notice. Above average output is not acceptable. Having a balanced life is not what this company is about. Growth, Money, The owner's wife left long ago and you should think twice before you accept a long term relationship. If you get hired during a busy period be prepared to be expendable when the work lightens up."
