"learning new equipment, working on equipment I had never worked on. Learned new packageing machines and differnt ways to approach things."

"they changed their shift from 3 on 3 off 12 hr shifts to 5, 8 hour days. why I left the company"

"don't have any suggestions right now as I don't know where the company has gone since I left. meaning what management has done good or bad"

"I wouldn't work for him again if I were starving."

What don't you like about working at Pinellas County?

"Very low pay, hazardous and often hostile work environment, can't work or get paid on rainy days, boss has his own particular way he wants things done but only tells you after you are nearly finished. Usually forgets to order parts in a timely manner and complains because of the delay. Checks would bounce on occasion, accountant still hasn't mailed my 08 W2 form. Customers scream at employees for boss overcharging them, as if we had anything to do with it."

"Replace it."

"The company keeps wages down as best they can. The SAP planning at the site is antiquated and input by under qualified individuals"

"Consider the craft and contract individuals as necessary tools not drains on the budget coming over from Germany"
