"I am very underpaid. I have went to school to learn electrical systems, mechanics, and even refrigeration but was hired as a jam runner which is the lowest position and my pay is lower than everyone else even new hires have a higher salary for me. I'm 1 of very few if not the only person who has went to school and learned electrical systems and etc. I even have worked on my A.S.E and other certifications but it all went ignored. Very undervalued and underpaid. I earn $14 while others earn $19-$22+/hr."
