"first 20 yrs.was great.good co workers,good training,foreman gave & thanked me for handling tough jobs other techs couldnt figure out.Had showers to clean up after work."

"After 20 yrs corrupt management embezzeled taxpayers monies,promoted cleaners to mechanics,they couldnt even change light bulbs correctly,dropped 300k buses off hoistsVery frustrating time in my career.They just fired the whole management team."

"perform evaluations & terminate those that are like cancer dragging the team down.Adhere& enforce company policy.Get foreman to patrol shop to help & enforce time standards."

"More pay cuts than raises, lost all my ESOP stock, half my pension and was not able to contribute to my 401K during the ESOP. Everything I had worked for for 22 years was flushed down the toilet."

"Stop being so greedy, your employees are your customers. Happy employees make happy customers."
