What don't you like about working at M.E. Flow?
"There is no room for growth or pay increases. Too many good people are stagnant in their positions. They do not prompt often from within. I also do not like the fact if business is slow cutting back hours. I can see cutting back non essential personnel and giving some more responsibilities to essential personnel."

"They need to award their people who deserve awarding and they need to research their personnel experiences and maybe hire within the company."
