McLean Hospital Employee

"The laboratory needs to be more strict on the safety issues. People do not wear proper uniform in the laboratory such as a lab coat and closed toe shoes. In addition, all the samples are preserved with formaldehyde. I would see workers sucking up the sample using a pipette. Workers have accidentally sucked up fetal bovine serum. Otherwise, a lot of work has been accomplished. A lot of successful work have been done here. The managers are very challenging but they make you a better worker."
