"It's like any other company nowadays. There is no security. Always have a plan B."

"Little room to advance unless you're in one of their biggest locations. All too willing to let people go to keep expenses down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give people plenty of notice that RIFs are likely, so they can try to find other opportunities inside the company and out. Be a little more generous with the severance package for senior folks - we can't just walk down the street to our next job. Tell your middle and line managers that it's the twenty-first century, and telecommuting actually WORKS. You don't need to disregard and disrespect perfectly qualified candidates who were working there just one month ago because they don't live in your city, where you can see them working in your office every day."

"During my time, I felt my career wasn't moving forward and didn't think the compensation was equal to my abilities."

"There is new management in place since my departure and it appears they have done a complete 180 degrees with career advancement. I still feel they might be a little low in compensation packages but I'm not sure."

"Listen to your sales teams and support staff. Better (faster) integration of acquisitions. Promote more internal candidates."
