"McAfee is a good company to work for great technical people and compensation but there is a disconnect in the company between sales and support. Although we both work for the company and have the same goals the sales team makes promises that support or development can't keep but we are forced to do so. They set expectations for the customer prior to communicating the information with support and development."

"As a former SIEM Technician, we did not have the resources to truly create a lab for testing, nor did we have the manpower, bandwidth, knowledge, or training, to successfully support the SIEM platform. It was a pain point to try and relay issues to management with solutions and consistently be told that someone above them is making the calls. It was a black hole of responsibilities laying on someone else's shoulders to provide the resources needed to implement a SIEM that we could train on."
