"Pay, draw, upside-down earnings, commission only since I wasn't a successful sales person after the management change and the economy was taking a downturn! The long hours etc., didn't bother me and I really enjoyed it and enjoyed the people (and did quite well at first) . I really wanted it to work, but I also had to acknowlege my limitations and economic conditions."

"It's a great industry for the right person, I can't say I regret it but unfortunately can't risk losing wage-earning hours again!"
