"I have worked at Cory Fairbanks Mazda for a few months. I enjoy what I do and my co-workers are great. Unfortunately the leadership isn’t a strong point. Managers are not quick to assist you in your efforts and do not have the sales teams best interest in mind, except for a select number of individuals. The success in the team as a whole comes second to helping close friends within the team."
What do you like about working at Mazda?
"The continuing education. Everyday before the work day began we would have a sales education class. To pump everyone up!!"

"Keep a positive attitude and stay motivated."
What don't you like about working at Mazda?
"It was a great job. I actually miss working with their sales crew."

"Keep up the same procedures. The sales steps work and it keeps the team working and motivated."
