"None. Maximus is a great company for new and upcoming business analysts. Maximus's offers a wide variety of online training and personal development that is available to all employees."

"None. Maximus provides consultancy services that benefit health and human service recipients all across the nation and management is doing a good job providing those services as a consulting firm."

"Well, I liked serving the customers. It was not an educational division. It was a medical insurance division established by state contract to assist Medicaid and Peachcare recipients."

"Please present yourself as professional as possible and military status is a plus."

What don't you like about working at MAXIMUS?

"The Enrollment Counselor was simply a customer service representative because it was a call center and we were not allowed to stand up in our cubicle to stretch our legs. So, with the exception of our breaks we had to sit for seven hours a day without strecthing our legs which was not good for circulation. Other Call Centers would allow you stand up if you need to stretch your legs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'm all about discipline. I'm a Desert Storm Veteran and I am very discipline. In fact I received two awards for excellent Customer Service in spite of the those conditions. The Project Manager was too stringent. Your subordinates health should always be a concern and circulation is essential for the body. It one of the main functions of the body and it must be done freely."

"Company constantly merged with other company... not really able to sustain themselves."

"Establish clearly stated vision and mission statements and then define strategies and objectives to meet the goals"

"getting laid off. People beleiving they were in a constant state of crisis. People claimingn that it is crazy when It is just standard opperating proceedure."

"The hours, low income, the working condition and the environment, lack of professionalism between the co-workers and the managers"

"Just be yourself and don't lie. Let your skill set and your character do the talking."

"Only a fraction of my knowledge of Linux was being used at that time. At times I felt under employed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the employees that use databases and other tools and get feedback from them on how can productivity be increased through the tools offered to them. I used to listen but management never cared as budget/time constraints was of more importance."
