"Igt was not easy to work for Maxim. The agency demands a lot for compliance, but they offer no paid time off, and complain if you take unpaid days off. They were of no help when I had serious on-the-job difficulties.U of IL Medical Center was not able to do a direct hire, even though I worked there for more than a year, making my full-time position a temporary one, with an endless term."

"Make sure the you are wiling to dedicate a lot of time to work. They want you to be more than passionate, they want you to be fully invested, and looking to work for maxim for the long haul."

"They expect you to work at least 50 hours a week, and to assume on call responsibilities. They also expect you to make decisions without a lot of information and then scold you for making the wrong decisions."

"I would cut down on call time, and help give more direction to entry level employees early in their career."
