"This company is toxic. You are expected to work as 3 employees and are driven by fear that if you don’t keep up, it’s your fault and there is no need for you. Rather than management stepping in to set you up for success and making sure you are enabled to do your job well with a level of personal satisfaction, they just work days/nights/weekends/during pto and expect you to do the same and just keep pushing you to get the next thing done. Additionally, the culture is quick to reduce/minimize your achievements while highlighting your flaws to justify minimal raises and career progression."
