"If you are in upper management (below VP) and not in California, your chances of moving up are nill."

"Less reliance on stock incentives--the stock is too volatile and employees will end up being unhappy that the value of the stock doesn't always reflect their individual efforts and accomplishments."

"There are a number of things. They hire competent people, they use their resources wisely, if you need something beyond what the company provides and you can justify it, it's as good as in your hands. The management tends to use a 'hands off' approach, they don't try to fix something unless it needs fixing and that allows you a lot of latitude."

"Review what you know before you get there, because they will ask you. Expect to spend the whole day."

"I'm not going to say I really didn't like it but due to the 'fast change' mode of operation, you weren't always given a chance to adapt."
