They took advantage of the economical hardships people were experiencing and supervisors were rotated in and out every month. 95% of the time the supervisor left on their own accord."

"I have worked with Total for about nine years , actually I like oil section."
What do you like about working at Total Call International?
"Acknowledgement of oil materials , and being more aware of emergency situations."
What don't you like about working at Total Call International?
"Salary , actually I deserve more that I take , and there is some work I do I do not take its promotion."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More management is needed , there is some miss management and connection between the departments."

What do you like about working at Dana Holding?
"it's a job and a paycheck. nothing fancy. that's about it"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"do not accept any position lower than manager. Dana does not usually promote from within. I was advised it would be easier for me to leave the company and then come back and apply for a manager position than to apply internally since the company recruiters prefer outside candidates to internal."
What don't you like about working at Dana Holding?
"lack of organization, upper management and local management very distant and disconnected from what is actually happening on the shopfloor. there is no chance of promotion internally"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"develop a true job costing system that details how much the products cost to build. get connected to the actual operations on the shop floor and see how seemingly minor changes disrupt the system."

"The Employee who worked for me were very dedicated and Hard working."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you know that they have a Human Resources person that will be there when you need them."
What don't you like about working at Acuity Brands?
"It took 6 weeks to get full access to all the Computer programs that I needed for doing my job. The hourly employees were scared for their jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needed to be more people friendly and provide equal puninshment for all Violations."
