"Some of the preparers are dishonest. It can sometimes be dog eat dog when you are working on commission. Our office coordinator paid the receptionist to book other preparer's clients with her. She paid her cash in front of many people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do what is fair and correct the situation with office coordinators. Just because of their title, they shouldn't be favored."
