"Limited support, lack of consistency, and continuity between supervision and leadership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is a balance between producing a product and maintaining personnel. The better qualified the more production."

"The Air Force culture and structure, camaraderie and close friends."

"The political aspects. The officers thinking they are better than the enlisted."

"Be fair and listen to everyone and not just a single person."

"Just be honest with the people that work for you and respect just like the way you would like to be respected."

"The training, the group with whom I worked, the skills attained. Keep in mind that similar to most other careers... you get out of it what you put into it."

"Be honest with them and yourself. This is the military, you may be called to serve in a not so pleasant environment. Are you willing to make the sacrifice to do so? Don't sign up unless you are absolutely sure of your commitment."

"It sometimes interfered with family events, plans and get togethers."

"Rules and regulations are there to maintain order and discipline, but sometimes they need to be a little flexible... and most of the time they are."
