"I don't hate much about being a soldier. I have never regretted volunteering. The multiple deployments in the last 8 years caused some hardships with finishing college but I was able to finish."

"The training, the group with whom I worked, the skills attained. Keep in mind that similar to most other careers... you get out of it what you put into it."

"Be honest with them and yourself. This is the military, you may be called to serve in a not so pleasant environment. Are you willing to make the sacrifice to do so? Don't sign up unless you are absolutely sure of your commitment."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"It sometimes interfered with family events, plans and get togethers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Rules and regulations are there to maintain order and discipline, but sometimes they need to be a little flexible... and most of the time they are."
