"I enjoyed the various work locations. As a Master operator, I was able to work in many different departments on campus. Not a boring moment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would tell them to be open minded and join the union. There's opportunities for growth but its not about what you know rather than who wants to see you grow within the company."

What don't you like about working at ZEP Superior Solutions?

"Some of the management team members were not professional, so you had to lean and bend in order to have a productive days work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they use better communication skills and everyone strive for the same goals that benefits both company and employees best interest."
