"I'm more experienced than many of my co-workers so I end up answering a lot of their questions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It took me three interviews to get hired for an entry-level position although I have 25 yrs. of experience."
What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"I have to work on holidays and weekends to make ends meet."

"Give out bonuses based on hours worked and work completed."
What do you like about working at Fox Entertainment Group?
"I actually enjoy the actual work of a Master Control operator. I like the fast paced life of the work and working in television."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The people are nice but the business is not bliss."
What don't you like about working at Fox Entertainment Group?
"There is a very unbalanced work life. The senior employees get a lot of perks but don't hold up there end of performing well. There is very little room to change things to make it fair to everyone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would provide a better work-life balance to my employees considering that television is a 24/7 industry."
What do you like about working at News Corporation?
"I like how family oriented this company everybody enjoys there family. Theirs know problem when you have to take off because of a family emergency or an appointment."

"Yes, be as professionals as you can be and also be respectful to the company and yourself."

"The company is great I have know problems with how it is ran."

"Management is great. I have know suggestions for the management besides how great they."

"The company is in the career path that I want to be involved in. The equipment was easy for me to learn and operate. Co-workers were friendly and easy to work with. Work was both team based as well as solo work."

"Come well prepared for many questions that are asked about the job you are applying for."
What don't you like about working at Sinclair Broadcast Group?
"The income was lower than expected. No opportunities to advance within the business."

"Higher pay for Master Control Operators and better shift management."

"Love what you do and do what you love. Dedication is the key but don't let it become your life."

"I do not care for the lack of innovation in an industry that needs to keep moving forward."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please think further out than 2 month. By staying that far back, it will hinder you from moving 3 year ahead."

"I liked actually contributing to the work in the department, and our immediate supervisor knew what I could do, and turned to me whenever the need arose."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure the position is fully explained before accepting it, make sure that the training includes all required knowledge rather than the piecemeal method they currently use."
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"The communication from upper management to at least the Master Control department was sporadic and contradictory at best. In addition, our department received the brunt of blame for other department's mistakes. Where new positions were supposed to be made available to everyone, certain individuals would be moved into the new positiions before anyone else was even made aware. There was also a decided lack of respect from upper and even lower management to certain shifts working."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improve communication, spread the work around, IE, leave the traffic work in the traffic department, and don't hold the MCC responsible for mistakes made by either sales or traffic departments."
