"The people. There is some amazing talent at the company and it makes dealing with high stress situations that much easier."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you would like to make a transition to a new position, you should try to get this in writing as soon as possible. The follow up to make it happen is 100% on your shoulders, so you'll need to hound your boss to make it happen. Even then a lot of the time a new person is brought in for higher positions and you end up training your new boss"

What don't you like about working at Current TV?

"There is no room for growth. once you're hired as a certain position that is it. The promotions are rare and mostly new higher position openings are filled by outside sources."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better project planning. A lot of the timelines are so tight because there is not a lot of thought to what we're going to do in the mid to longer term, which only adds to the stress by creating many fire drills"

"A very long commute, not enough opportunity for career advancement, promises that have not been met by management."

"Don't announce corporate changes until you are really ready to incorporate them. It creates a feeling of disappointment in your most talented and loyal team members."

"When the economy turns around it will be a better place to work."

"Management didn't have a plan and managed reactively. This approch is very hard on the employees."

"Recognize your greatest asset! The people. Stop stepping on the people."
