"everything apart from the pay.They are not hourly pay company.They pay on the piece level Meaning, you get pay for the job you do."

"Do not listing to the amount you are told that you will make when working at there because you make what you work for. I was told that I was going to make $60,000.00 dallor a year,but never reach to 50."

What don't you like about working at MasTec?

"The people who hand the company do not sick the interest of the employee. They get more into themself then any one else."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"focus on the employees who generated the company most money then thinking about what they went for themself which bonus."
