"RUN, and for the pAy scale on your drop down bar you did not give the pay choice for 15,000 to 25,000 that was my pay I only had the choice to pick 30,000,40,000"
What don't you like about working at Martin Health System?
"they will try to make up anything to try to get you in trouble so they do not have to give you that little 3% raise and the big boss always made sure they got there big bonus at the end of the year,they are greedy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"give the patient care techinican more money there pay sucks for what we have to do and give them more respect because we to almost all of the nurses work acept for passing medications and we get treated like dog crap!!!!!"
