"the management team isa always open for suggestions, but no always will to implement them."

"The orgainzational structure of the company. There were a lot of bosses and not alot of staff. Being that it was a small unit, I think that there was a missuse of staff."

"reorgainze the scheduling of both the patients and the staff in order to save both time and money as well as give the unit a smoother flow"

"bringing in new employees making more than experienced employess, they lie all the time"

"stop making changes that are ridiculous,that make it hard to do our job"

"I like working at martin because some of the people that I work with made it easier to get through the day."

"RUN, and for the pAy scale on your drop down bar you did not give the pay choice for 15,000 to 25,000 that was my pay I only had the choice to pick 30,000,40,000"
What don't you like about working at Martin Health System?
"they will try to make up anything to try to get you in trouble so they do not have to give you that little 3% raise and the big boss always made sure they got there big bonus at the end of the year,they are greedy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"give the patient care techinican more money there pay sucks for what we have to do and give them more respect because we to almost all of the nurses work acept for passing medications and we get treated like dog crap!!!!!"

"Parkland is a great teaching hospital and I have learned a lot while I was there"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you research about your boss and see if he/she is good to work with. New management has taken over in every department and Parkland has not been a pleasant workplace for many employees."
What don't you like about working at Parkland Health & Hospital System?
"They got to do something about the management. They are letting go of several people based on small reasons and those who do worst are off the hook since they are close with the management. At least 50 people were terminated for small reasons over the last year after working several years for Parkland."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to understand your employees, don't accuse them based on an employee's complaint but research for yourself."
