"Working in this lab has been a highly educational experience."
"Since 2018, I have worked at the Tutoring Center as a tutor and an office assistant. It is a collaborative, friendly, and supportive working environment, where the supervisors recognize the needs of their employees as well as their ideas. It is a challenging, yet rewarding experience. 5 stars!"

"Make sure to learn about the individual department. Culture across campus varies greatly depending on which department you work for."

"The univeristy is bureaucratic and slow to change to its environment. In general the attitude towards continuous improvement is negative."

"I believe this question is directed more at business. The various silos at the university mean there is very little interaction with our president."

"I enjoy solving problems, finding patterns, especially when the data is available. I like math and statistics. I enjoy using them to in the job."
What don't you like about working at Marquette University?
"If there is no stress in the job then I probably do not like it. I believe that when the person is in the state of stressful, the originality and creativity within the person activated and motivated to solve problems."

"Hire the best man for the job! It could be a mathematician, a statistician or a programmer."
