"Seeing the big picture and the ability to be part of growing the enterprise with knowledge of the effects on all divisions."

"Being bought by AT&T"

"none they were the best and brightes. My boss, Jim Van Tassle was the inventor and patent holder of the hand held calculator. Many inventions and patents were all results of NCR people."

"CAIS Internet was one of the best cutting edge companies to watch grow and also to see it dissolve. This was one of the best companies I have worked for using my creativity and out of the box thinking to drive revenue!"

"Siemens has extended opportunities that otherwise might not have been possible. The corporate culture and encouragement of promotion within is one of professionalism and recognition."
What don't you like about working at Siemens?
"Having worked at Siemens for such a lengthy period I am concerned that I may have tunnel vision on the impacts of other industries and cultures. I want to experience alternate environments in an effort to expand my knowledge base and understanding of other cultures."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Rally the troops. Energy and passion for the job are infectious, but it is important to balance it with an understanding of those who support the cause. Keep them informed on the big picture so that they can stay focused on why their task is important."
