"Having worked at Siemens for such a lengthy period I am concerned that I may have tunnel vision on the impacts of other industries and cultures. I want to experience alternate environments in an effort to expand my knowledge base and understanding of other cultures."

"Rally the troops. Energy and passion for the job are infectious, but it is important to balance it with an understanding of those who support the cause. Keep them informed on the big picture so that they can stay focused on why their task is important."
