Marinello Schools of Beauty Employee

"Worked @ Marinello as Lease Administrator for two years. Can not recommend working there at all - at corporate office, or schools. Unfulfilled promises of job security, career advancement, or even competitive pay (don't ask about annual bonus). Management, department VP's sacrifice lower-level employees to achieve goals. Employee empowerment (i.e. Employee of the Month) exercise in corporate politics. Run-down facilities + incompetent campus staff = students often left to own devices."
